    Which is the exact problem you encounter?

    Fore some reason we can’t update the wordpress, so we have to stick with 3.4.2 – unfortunately the plugin does not work with this WP Version – right?

    There must be at least a JavaScript error, try using the firebug for firefox to get the error, otherwise i can’t help.
    Also try de-activating the other plugins, possible there is a problem caused by one of those.

    Hi,

    I have an error that stops the plugin from working.

    Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on sortable prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'serialize'

    Please could you let me know if there is a way to fix this?

    Hi
    The plugin really work fine with all WordPress version. The reason for why you see this message is caused by a JavaScript error caused by another plugin / theme, or by the jQuery version you had en-queued, or maybe a duplicate of it with different versions.
    Check within the output html code if you have enqueued the jQuery library twice.
