Autofocus theme, help please?

    Using Autofocus photo blog theme version 1.0.1

    Suddenly after several months of all being well: after posting an image, the front page is fine but when the image is clicked there is the error message ‘The requested URL /address/ was not found on this server.’ As far as I know we’ve not changed any settings. I wonder if there is an upgrade issue?

    Running WP 3.5.1 and Autofocus 1.0.1 at the moment and don’t want to upgrade until I figure this issue out for sure.

    Any ideas anyone? Everything was running fine on 5th March but now using it again on 17th April this error is discovered.
