Video URL Location?

Hello,
I have several videos uploaded to my server. I have tried a few different links but none link to the videos on my theme. Ive tried http://www.ecitywatch.com/web/content/videos/S02_05.mp4 and http://www.ecitywatch.com/videos/S02_05.mp4 . My theme is RightNow from themeforest.com if that helps.
