Mobile web

Hi!

My client wants me to take a site I am building and make it more “mobile friendly.”

It is a restaurant site, so there are not posts, comments or image galleries. It is a very basic site. This site does not have to become and “app” and I don’t think my client will want to pay fees to Google or Apple to be in their app stores seeing as their business is completely local at this point.

I am wondering if there is a plugin is to help me quickly and easily make the main site a mobile site with all the main site’s functionality. I’ve searched the forums and the WP Plugin Respoitory, but so many of the plugins I have looked at seem to be made for much more complex sites and the documentation seems to be written for people who already know the plugin inside and out.
