How do you make font bigger please?

Can anyone help with making my font bigger? I would like the names of the races to be in larger text, and the information after the hyphen to be in normal size <p> text, but cannot get this to work. I tried headers but of course the text then shifts onto the next line rather than being on the same line as the hyphen, which is what I would like.

Here is the text that I am trying to achieve this with.

UK Backward Run – A timed one mile race to find the UK Champions. How fast can you run backwards.
Backward Run Team Challenge – Invite friends/colleagues to join you in this exciting timed group challenge.
Forever Manchester Backward Fun Run – Run or walk backwards without the pressure of racing & raise money for local charity Forever Manchester.
