re-linking media library

Hello,

I have successfully moved my WP site from one domain to another and all of my content is in place as it should be (yah!), however when I try and add new images to the site by clicking on the Add Media button, the library is totally unpopulated.

Can anyone suggest how I can specifically re-link the images that are successfully appearing on the site to the library they should be populating?
