Zoom/Crop tool for uploads

I really like the plugin, but I would only start using it if users are able to zoom/crop the avatar in a square. Sometimes users are uploading 200×800 photos or 640×200 photos. Front-end users never photoshop and crop their pictures.

There should be a simple UI crop tool after upload so users can cut out their face when uploading their avatar 🙂
