Is it possible to display the last USer Achievement in the Comments section next to users name?

Also It says in the descriptions that the badges options is part of the plugin, how do I use/assign badges to Users?

Go to the “Users” menu in wp-admin and edit a user. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. There ought to be checkboxes.
