I have swapped themes to 2012 and the pagination works with the woocommerce but once i put it back to my paid them of woostore i have the issue of none
Link? Screenshots? Pagination in WooStore should be working fine.
I’d also recommend that you post on the WooThemes support channel for support if you’re a customer.

it did work fine up until the first major update of woocommerce i had it set to next and prev then it disappeared in the next update i had the numbers but running down the page on the left side instead of across the bottom of the page, the next couple of updates still never fixed the problem, but the last one has totally lost it again i do have margin issues in the product section of backend as well.
