[Plugin: qTranslate] Character encoding problem

Hello everyone,

I’m using WordPress 3.5.1 with qTranslate 2.5.34. There are two languages enabled, each of them has a specific strftime format in language settings to display date and time.

My problems is that some special characters are not, I assume, properly encoded (e.g. � is displayed instead of ž).

Is this a known issue? Has anyone experienced this as well?
