Seperate media library per user

Setting up a blog site allowing the public to join and post content.

How can I set up my site so each user can upload their own media content… instead of the default of just one media library for the whole site. It will be a travel blog site so each user will need access to only their own photos etc.

Any assistance would be appreciated!
