Taxonomies not selectable?

I have a set of CPTs which I have created using the plugin Types. I have then turned on CPT-onomies and “turned” the CPT into a taxonomy on two other sets of CPTs When I go to both quick edit and the admin section for a custom post to which the taxonomy is attached, I can not select a term from the taxonomy. What am I doing wrong?

Notice in the photos for the meta-box and the quickedit. Under quick edit the check boxes are not selectable…
