On the testimonials archive page, currently, users see a bunch of thumbnails, and hovering over each thumbnail shows the associated testimonial. The client has decided they don’t like that, and would prefer to just see the static testimonial text in each (no image thumbnail, no hover required).

How do I make that happen?

Select “Hide image” in WP Admin > Testimonials > Settings, General tab or the widget options panel.

Alternately, if using shortcode, use hide_image=true.

That didnt work on the big pictures on the testimonials page, it only works for the thumbnails

Also, on the single view page, your theme might be what’s providing the image. Therefore, you might double-check that. Basically, if the image is above the headline, I’d suspect theme.

Ah, that’s a default testimonials archive page using your theme’s archive page. This isn’t coming from the Testimonials Widget plugin.

See FAQ 70 regarding copying the archive file and then editing to be however you want.
