Too Many Redirects Problem

Hello,
Today I was editing my website, tanwire.com, and I decided to install DB Chat for my website, because it’s a social network. The problem is, when I pressed activate, it randomly when to http://www.tanwire.com/wp-admin/plugins.php, but says this page has a redirect loop. How do I fix it?
