Adding an image next to title

I am trying to add a small image next to the
“adventure travel for the outdoor enthusiast” in the top left corner. I am fairly new to customizing anything and have limited html and css experience. I have found the customize page, and try to insert something along the lines of <img src=”http://ohiotravelco.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/cropped-photo21.jpg” /> next to “adventure travel for the outdoor enthusiast” when i’m in customization –> css.. Please help.
