can I know what do you mean by email attendees? i.e. are you a pro user which uses Attendee Form
also, did you mean sending email to attendees aside from settings > emails > booking email templates
I’m looking into buying pro in the next couple days so maybe that will have the feature I would like.
I basically have 100 people signed up to go to an event and I’d like to send them all an email with additional information. Can I do this outside of using the automated email?

I’m not sure how this was “resolved”. I’m interested in doing what cheungbe is asking, but I don’t see the answer here. Am I missing something?
Thanks!
Hey. I would really like to get an answer to this too. I have pro version and as far as I see, this can’t be done.
Say, there’s not enough attendees and the event has to be cancelled. I’d like to send an email to everyone who registered to this event that says “Sorry, this event is cancelled.”
Now I have to do this manually and that’s a pain.
There’s an option in the Pro version to export to a CSV file.
For the free version, you’d need to grab the data from the database using something like phpMyAdmin.

You can do this in the free version also (at least I don’t think I purchased Pro, though maybe I did).
Either way, that’s a work around. It would be nice to have an “Email Attendees” feature to announce reschedules, cancellations, etc.
Good point. I’ll make sure Marcus sees your suggestion.

I think Caimin got confused here… there is no CSV export exclusive to Pro, you can do it on the free version too, although pro also lets you export the custom fields you create in your booking forms.
However. No easy way to email attendees in pro outside automated templates?
The best I could think of is if automated templates send a link to event where update info is there?
Would this be considered for the future?
Not yet, but yes, definitely planned.
