store locator plus .formparams error

    Search working weird in firefox (or not workings at all, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt), and not working at all in Chrome.
    This is the firebug´s console error:

    TypeError: jQuery(“#searchForm”).formParams is not a function
    [Parar en este error]
    var formObj = jQuery(‘#searchForm’).formParams();

    pd: sometimes when i click on search my url changes to :
    http://www.ingym.es/?radiusSelect=100
