Error for Unicode Characters with Accent

I created a field called name and when someone type characters with accent, I get in my mailbox this way:
Reply to: =?UTF-8?Q?Jo=C3=A3o_Euclides <info@folhaservicos.com.br>?=@plesk43.hospedagemdesites.ws
How I do I resolve this? I’m from Brazil where use accented characters.
