    Greetings,
    Thanks for that awesome plugin!
    My question is, how to clear history if im the owner of website or moderate it?

    I tried it on your website with live demo under my domain. After installing plugin to system all message i tested before at barc.com still exist.

    How to solve this?

    Hello Weashell, if you click on the top right settings icon you should see a ‘moderation’ option. Click on this and it will launch the moderation panel.

    Inside the moderation panel you will see an option to ‘wipe the chat’, this will erase all your chat history! Hope this helps!

    I have not tested this yet, but does it have basic reporting features such as:

    – Page the chat was initiated on
    – Duration of the chat
    – Monthly/Weekly/Daily reporting
