I search a plugin!!

I’m looking for a plugin. I would like to make everyday a what-to-wear article on my blog. Everyday there comes a new article with an outfit. The problem is that I write everyday an article and I don’t want that the homepage become like this:
1. article – 2. what to wear. – 3. article. – 4. what to wear. – 5. article. – 6. what to wear
I would like that it is like this:
1. what to wear – 2. article. – 3. article. – 4. article.

That you just have one what to wear article, and that changes everytime (I would prefer that this change automatic, if I insert a publish date). But I don’t want to delete the old what to wear articles and I would like that the new (version) of the what to wear article comes to RSS. Is there a plugin what can hide some articles on the homepage? Of does someone know how I can do this? 🙂
