Plugin for Image as full background/text area for theme?

    Is there a way to make a theme have image as full background
    (even where text goes)? Would like to add pages on menu also.

    Please suggest plugin and/or themes.

    Need to have image as full screen with the ability to
    add text, pictures, html etc.
