My account has been suspended..why?

Hello,

while i was working on updating my website today, http://www.bouncyfeetcastles.co.uk i got a message ‘account has been suspended’ when i refreshed the page.

i cannot think of anything wrong i was doing to get it suspended. can someone advise what to do?

i also have a possibly bigger dilemma. While the account was suspended i thought this was some fault of mine, and i chose the ‘forgot password’ option for a new password to be sent. The problem with this is that my former business partner who set up the word press account has moved on and can no longer be reached by me. therefore i presume the New password has now been sent to his account!

can i get any advice on these two problems. my site is ‘suspended’ and i am expecting customers to browse my site. Thanks very much
