    I have searched high and low for the answer to this question AND I have butchered my CSS trying to figure it out!

    I am using the Imbalance theme and
    I want to REMOVE the far left column in the blog posts, thereby INCREASING the width of the actual post article/content column.

    Here is an image illustrating what I mean:

  • If your theme does not have a full-width template, then you’ll need to first create a child theme (so that your changes are not overwritten when the theme is updated) and then make a custom template – and remove the sidebar in that template and adjust the CSS so the content is full width.
