Can this be Done

Hello
i used your plugin for testing on my site but bit disappointed with it
to upload video we need first via ftp then select it via the post section

Why not we upload the media and directly add into the post

their is a plugin called Jw player by which we can do this
if you can do the direct upload insert functionality then it will be great
