Allocate 1 password for all per client request

    I know it’s crazy, but my client is requesting that all members of her site have the same password and that they do not have accessibility to changing it. How can I designate a single password for all users?
    I have turned off access to their profiles. But need to somehow get all 350 plus activated under the same password. Augh! any help would be greatly appreciated.
