Simple Variation Formula Help

I need help creating an order form for my website. Mine new to this plugin so be nice.

Here is what i’m looking to create. The customer first chooses the number of days they would like meals delivered, then chooses the meals and servings. (The number of servings will stay the same for each meal, so basically creating the table below into a price calculator)

Servings 1 2 3 4 5
1 $50 $60 $70 $80 $90
2 $60 $80 $100 $120 $140
3 $70 $100 $130 $160 $190
4 $80 $120 $160 $200 $240
6 $100 $160 $210 $280 $340

All of the meals have the same cost, so I really just need help creating variations for the servings and days. Thank you in advance. 🙂
