Where is my website

I have a written to you twice asking where my website has disappeared to. You told me I use a server called 1and1.co.uk which I have never heard of I called them they have never heard of me!!!! I went to my domain purchaser LCN who cannot understand how suddenly I am directed to a server owned by 1and1 and yet they do not have a record of me. Both companies have asked me to contact you to request your server names and I should be directed to you no one else. I am not a technical person but from the outset I set the page up with WordPress as I work on an ipad and i am not a techno geek and i am starting a business so do not have the funds to pay for a host. You offered what I believed I be an excellent free service. Can you please give me the server names so that LCN can redirect them back to you and I can start updating my site again? Thank ou
