Is the server name correct in your wp-config.php file? I can’t resolve lib1236103352767.db.10222692.hostedresource.com to an IP address, if it’s dropped from DNS for some reason that might explain it.
Can you check with GoDaddy to see if they are having problems with your hosted MySql server?

I had 2 databases before, one of them was damaged, deleted then couldn’t be restored. I want to have one database containing the same plugins and themes, although they are still found on the remaining database
i thinks your hosting is not good ….

I am still getting ‘error establishing database connection’ that is usually associated with incorrect database name, username, password and MySQL hostname. So, please check again.

Still sounds like an issue with the DB server to me.
sg2nlhg268c1268.shr.prod.sin2.secureserver.net is what your hostname (www.liban4sports.com) resolves to in DNS.
lib1236103352767.db.10222692.hostedresource.com does not resolve in DNS, according to the /wp-admin/ page, that’s where the database lives.
Do you know the IP address of the DB server? You could try using that instead of the gnarly hostname you’re using. If it’s a temporary DNS issue it may resolve the problem.
Aside from that, I would really recommend contacting your hosting provider and have them check to see if the referenced database server is up, and in DNS.

guys, I have seen the database on our hosting. It’s different from the one WordPress wants me to deal with, so I entered a new database:

DNS lookup utility reads:
host lib1236103352767.db.10222692.hostedresource.com
lib1236103352767.db.10222692.hostedresource.com is an alias for lib1236103352767.db.10222692.043.hostedresource.net.
lib1236103352767.db.10222692.043.hostedresource.net has address 203.124.112.38
That IP 203.124.112.38 belongs to GoDaddy.
In other words, try to put the database server as
lib1236103352767.db.10222692.043.hostedresource.net
I just noticed it changed (just like it was yesterday when @jgs was saying):
does not resolve in DNS,
host lib1236103165925.db.10222692.hostedresource.com
lib1236103165925.db.10222692.hostedresource.com has address 199.101.28.20
Host lib1236103165925.db.10222692.hostedresource.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
You definitely need to call GoDaddy Customer Support and beat them up until they solve it.
