(unnecessary caps and drama removed)

I tried to put something about pagination in my wordpress function theme and now the complete blog is down. i cant login!! and i cant reach the side to login anymore.

Delete the file and upload an unedited file in its place.

i cant delete anything. i cant access the side and i cant access my login. http://www.sustainabletransport.org/wordpress

Do you have a backup of your site, including database? If so, reinstall WordPress and restore your site.

Who runs it? Who configured it? Please contact that person, or verify the documentation. Alternatively, you can reinstall WordPress using the same method as you did earlier.

i did upload the orginial theme functions.php again via ftp, but nothing changed

Your site, on testing with various tools, show internal server error, empty content, etc.

You may contact the server administrator for help, or reinstall WordPress and restore your site from backups, if any.
