Messt up the URL

I changed the URL (the first one) which was.
http://www.bigfatknot.com/wordpressI changed it to http://www.bigfatknot.com/blog and I am unable to access or log in to my admin area. How can I restore that? All I wanted was to change the url to http://www.bigfatknot.com/blog 🙁
