After install (and I am fully updated on wp and plugins) I found the plugin very easy to operate.
Subsequently it only occasionally load what it is supposed to do:
There is simply not anything where it is supposed to deliver content. I am using a div to place the content on the page and it works – I have seen it. But mostly there is nothing.

How can I help you fix it?
