Failed to connect

I just moved my wp to another website, but the plugin is not working! even i put the Facebook App Secret, Facebook App ID along with the fan page in the new website, what did I miss?

when i go to republish a post i get this message.
Valid app_id ERROR:Failed to connect to 2a03:2880:2110:df01:face:b00c:0:8: Network is unreachable

plus there is no test post in settings

please help
