Not sure what you mean by continually add – you can just make more posts, but if you mean a forum like this site, it uses BuddyPress:

I meant if I wanted to add stories under my blog “Mom and Alzheimer’s” as sort of a journal or diary (to keep people posted) do I have to hit reply or keep posting them separately which would defeat the purpose.
