  • I’m hoping to add more options like this in the next major version, but that’s not possible now.

    If you just want the link, you don’t need the plugin at all, but you can just insert the file using the media library in WordPress.

    If you need to use the plugin functionality in a new window or tab, you can use this code:
    [a href=”wp-content/plugins/google-document-embedder/view.php?hl=es&embedded=true&url=docs/mypdffile.pdf”]View Document in a new page[/a]

    Replace “[” and “]” with “<” and “>”
    and docs/mypdffile.pdf with your file and path.

    Other notes:

    You may need to use the absolute path, in some setups It only works with It.
    Check your generated settings, I guess you wouldn’t want to use the “es” language.
    Finally, If you are using another profile, you may want to add that option to the url too.
