Remove Featured Image from full post?

    Is it possible to not show the featured Image on the full post view?

    (My site is an art gallery. I need a featured image for Category pages, but do not want it on the post itself.)

    Remove this code block from content-single.php (line 18-20)

    <?php if ( has_post_thumbnail() ): ?>
			<div class="featured-image"><?php the_post_thumbnail('full-width'); ?></div>
