Website doesn't work anymore (script errors?)

My website has been online since december 2012. A week ago my members told me they were having trouble seeing the website, it wouldn’t load. I’ve checked it and it doesn’t seem to work anymore.

I’ve been having difficulties with updating WordPress and mu plugins. I’d get an error saying that the path doesn’t exist.

I’ve contacted my host and they told me that there are script errors and told me to figure it out on my own.

I don’t know what to do..
