custom icon problem

i created folder and uploaded 32px icons correctly named to that folder in the iconset folder. the icons were twitter, RSS, facebook, etsy and pinterest.

when i am logged into wordpress everything looks and functions great. but when i log out and go to webpage the etsy and pinterest icons do not show up.

what could be the problem?
