Failed to send your message

Hi,

A strange one –
I have built this form – http://beta.lajanda.org/stam/enrollment-form/

All seems to work fine…but when I change the mail ‘To’ field to another one I get the ‘Failed to send your message, please try later…’ (with red border),

Anybody knows this issue ? any idea someone ?
