url in email notification not working

    Links beside the permalink do not get sent to public users only to the registered users. There are three additional url’s in the email that get left out of the public users. It used to work with an additional email but then we added two more links. The http portion is gone but the link text is still there. Is there some way to preserve the complete link so users can click on the url.

    @normc19,

    Public Subscribers get plain text emails so links may well not be clickable unless this is supported by URL parsing in the email client used by the email recipient.

    If you want to preserve links you need to send HTML emails to your Public Subscribers by using the paid version of Subscribe2.
