WordPress SEO version: 1.3.4.4 broke theme

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.3.4.4

    I updated the plugin and now my Portfolio on GPP Albedo theme will not work. I deactivated the plugin and everything is fine. If I try to install an earlier version I will have to delete the 1.3.4.4. version before uploading the zip file. Will I loose all my SEO optimization?
