How do I remove the comma’s at the beginning and end of the testimonial?

I’m not sure there are commas in the code, maybe it’s something you added? Do you have a link?

There are two sets there. I believe the big ones are part of your theme and the little ones are part of your testimonials. You would just have to edit them out from the testimonial itself.

Actually upon further investication both sets of quotes are coming from your theme. It’s in this file:
