Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
Will I lose my already established data and as a whole structure of site, when I migrate to different theme? I am so scared about my information..
What I have noticed. When I try to update a plugin, my site stuck at Maintenance mode. Then I delete the file, the page goes alright, but after I try to upgrade, it again goes in Maintenance.
More. I can upload pics, but if I upload plugin, it doesn’t show in admin view. So strange.. Anyone?
Did you deactivate all your plugins?

No. All the information is stored in your database.
Is this your site? http://www.681.bg/
If you’re getting a message saying that your server is missing zlib extensions, you need to talk to your hosting company. This is a server issue that they’ll need to fix. It’s not something that you can do (unless you’re the server admin).
Okey, guys. I posted a massage to my hosting company. Hope they will help me in this.
I have deactivated the last updated plugins, but still nothing.
Thank you again for your help and wasted time! I will soon respond here when there is any denouement and if someone other is having such a problem.
Have a good night!
Yes. Success!
My host resolved the problem. So, to the future searcher for this problem:
IF you are having this problem: Abort class-pclzip.php : Missing zlib extensions, contact your host provider, he will most likely solve your problem.
Good night everybody!
