Suffusion – navigation bar bellow the header

Hello everyone,
I am having trouble to set navigation bar, which sit on the header here: http://dexxtra.eu/?page_id=28
I would like to have it like this:
http://dexxtra.eu/detsky-textil/
The navigation bar is under the header. How to achive that? Any help highly appreciated. Thanks. a lot
