    your theme does not seem to have any .wp-caption styles (the text editor uses its own default styles);

    please contact the theme’s developer or seller for support.

    yes – this is easy to find out from style.css of your site.

    seems to be a commercial theme by cssigniter (commercial = something you have to pay for or join to download) which are not supported here in the forum.
