Updated plugin not working

I updated the plugin from version 1.2 to 1.6 and now is not working at all.

I get the following message:

プラグイン012 PS Multi Languages :設定ファイル_config.phpの名前をconfig.php OR config-{$blog_id}.phpに変更し、configファイルの設定を行ってください。
