Icon doesn't appear next to "Open"

    Hi,

    For some reason the icon for the PDF’s I uploaded doesn’t appear next to “Open” (the empty image points to wp-content/plugins/wp-publication-archive/images/icons/unknown.png). Do you know how I could fix this?

    Also, when I click on “Download”, it downloads a wrong .html, instead of the correct PDF file.

    Any ideas?
