Slider Alignment Challenge

    Josh,

    I like the slider simplicity and all you’ve done. However…I’ve included the script into the site theme and it aligns correctly with only one slide uploaded. When I try adding/uploading the second slide, it creates a space above the slider (it looks like it is pulling one of the slide images in the img.media-shim class. I’ve searched the forums extensively and I see that I have to set the slide (width,height) settings prior to uploading. I’ve tried that and I still have spacing issues.

    FYI –
    I’ve got the slider settings set at 284px height by 1495px width. Although the images are 1115×284, using the 1495 setting at least centers the slider correctly.

    Hi Jordan, are you still making the slideshow wider to make it fit? If you want to set it back to the same size as the slides I can take a look and see what is going on with the alignment.

    If the default slideshow layout doesn’t work, you could try changing the slideshow alignment, centering it.
