Woocommerce 2.0 Shop page error

Hi all

i updated to woocommerce 2.0 and now my shop page is empty none of my products are there.

i have seen http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

im a newbie, i have no idea of how to do whats listed above.

can somebody tell me step by step where to go to do all of those things.
