Interaction with Firehouse Software

I am a medic for a local fire dept. They have a customer website that I think was written in Perl that can access run data from our Firehouse software that we use to report to the state. With this interaction, people can see how many runs we’ve made throughout the year. Our individual members can also log in on the back side and see their individual statistics. Our site needs some work with the code and our original programmer is no longer available. We’ve had a quote for $2000 to do this work. Is wordpress capable of making this interaction and downloading this data for our members? If so, I would like to try recreating the site, but i’m not sure how to connect it to Firehouse. Thanks for your help!
