Widgets Unresponsive / Widget Page Unresponsive

Hi, I just upgraded to 3.5.1. The widgets seemed to be unresponsive — (http://worldwidechocolate.com/magazine/). The home page is displaying posts instead of configured widgets, and all widgets on sidebars are not appearing. Also, the widget page is unresponsive. Not only won’t the widgets move or open, but none of the other dropdown menus are functioning including the WordPress submenus in the left column. All links work properly though. The page had been operating properly. Anyone offer some help?
